Signal FM Radio Ogun Appoints Sandra Balogun as General Manager

In a new development for Signal FM in Ogun, Sandra Balogun, widely known as "Blackcares," has been appointed as the General Manager.

Formerly the Assistant manager at Signal FM Radio, Blackcares brings his extensive background in the broadcasting. She is set to hit the ground running and contribute his best efforts.
